Tombstones
This is a collection of ancestral tombstone photographs. Why tombstones? Sometimes tombstones are the only physical evidence that an ancestor existed. They are a tangible link to the past. They also provide clues to an ancestor's birth and death dates. However, markers were often erected well after a person's death, and then by those who did not know or verify the accuracy of those dates.
