Glenn Arthur Voisin, 87, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 4, 2015 with his children at his side. He was born on April 12, 1928 to Ernest and Emma (Rademacher) Voisin in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. He also lived in Alma, St Louis and was a long time resident of Saginaw Township.

His beloved wife of 67 years, Norma passed away in August. Glenn's love for her remained incredibly strong following her passing, and now they have been re-united in God's kingdom along with their parents, siblings and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Nora Mae Downing and Mary Lou Elias, as well as his brother Jack Voisin.

Glenn is survived by his sister Karen (Mike) Golden of Holt; brother Paul (Charlotte) Voisin of St. Johns; his children, Kathy (Ed) Zeuty of Canton, Peggy Voisin of Saginaw and Tony (Kim) Voisin of Mt. Pleasant, 5 grandchildren Sara (Mike) Nevala of Redford, Eric (Bridget) Zeuty of Howell, Rob Voisin of Farmington Hills, Casey and Maggie Voisin of Mt. Pleasant and 2 great grandchildren, Owen and Coraline Nevala.

Glenn graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in 1946 where he was active in football (and billiards during lunchtime). He attended Central Michigan College and after working as a paperboy, grocery store clerk and laborer at Alma Products, began a career with Metropolitan Life Insurance. He later formed the Voisin Agency and became an independent insurance agent where he served and helped many clients with their financial and insurance needs.

Glenn had a brilliant mechanical mind and took great pride in his many creations and inventions. He loved to help others with projects and made countless improvements to his home and others' as well. He loved to fish and spend time with his family and his humor and jocularity was well known to all.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 14, 2015 at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 302 South Kinney, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. Father Loren Kalinowski will officiate. A luncheon will follow at the Sacred Heart Parish Center.

In lieu of flowers, the family has selected The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Michigan, 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 100, Southfield, MI 48033-7443.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Berry Funeral Home in Shepherd.

NORMA JEAN VOISIN

Norma Jean Voisin, age 85, died peacefully on August 23, 2015 at St. Francis Home in Saginaw after a brief illness. Norma was born November 16, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Reginald and Mildred (Puskavich) Shoe.

She graduated from Shepherd High School, and in 1948 Norma married the love of her life, Glenn Voisin, her husband of 67 years. Together they raised three children and moved to Saginaw in 1968 where she remained until her passing. Norma was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.

Norma loved her family dearly and thoroughly enjoyed to cook and entertain and had a great passion for gardening.

Norma is survived by her husband Glenn; her daughters Kathy (Ed) Zeuty of Canton, MI and Peggy Voisin of Saginaw, MI and son Tony (Kim) Voisin of Mt. Pleasant, MI; 5 grandchildren, Sara (Mike) Nevala of Redford, MI; Eric (Bridget) Zeuty of Howell, MI; Robert, Casey, and Maggie Voisin, all of Mt. Pleasant, MI; 2 great grandchildren, Owen and Coraline Nevala; her sisters Jackie Coin of Alma, MI; Marilyn Palmer of New Lothrup, MI; and Bonnie (Bob) Davis of Le Feria, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reginald and Mildred; and her sisters Patricia and Kay.

There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, September 1 at 10:30am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State Street, Saginaw, MI. A luncheon will follow at the Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in her name to: The Alzheimer's Association, 4604 N. Saginaw Rd, Ste. F, Midland, MI 48640. Arrangements were entrusted to Berry Funeral Home in Shepherd.
