Pohl, Kevin Lee, age 55, of Homosassa, Florida, passed away January 3, 2019, following a long illness. Kevin was born on December 8, 1963, in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, the son of Richard J. Pohl and Ernestine (Pickens) Pohl. He attended Beal City High School and worked in the oil field for many years in the Mt. Pleasant area. He married Lucie Davis in 2002, had a son and made a home in Florida. He was a kind, hard-working person who loved his wife, kids and his two Chihuahuas, Lola & Suzy. He enjoyed music, cooking, fishing & gardening. Kevin is survived by his wife Lucie and son Zackery of Homosassa, Florida, step-daughters Heather White and Amanda Hayward, both of Farwell, MI, and step-grandchildren Sapphire Palmer and Olin Ghent. He is also survived by his Mom, Ernestine Pohl of Mt. Pleasant, MI; siblings Karen Pohl (Howard Ramsey) of Marana, Arizona, Diane (Bill) Wilson of Mt. Pleasant,, MI; Tom (Glenda) Pohl of Beal City, MI; Randy Pohl of Lemon Grove, California, Dennis (Anita) Pohl of Lake, MI; Rick Pohl of Mt. Pleasant, MI; Dave (Carol) Pohl of Weidman, MI; Deb (Ross) Nartker of Shepherd, MI; Ed (Sue) Pohl of Farwell, MI and Shari Pohl (Tony Jones) of Rochester Hills, MI. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Charlotte Davis of Cadillac, MI, and many nephews, great-nephews, nieces, great-nieces and in-laws. Kevin was preceded in death by his father Richard J Pohl, his father-in-law Louis Davis & two sisters-in-law, Irma & Marge. Cremation will take place, and, per his wishes, his ashes will be spread in the ocean by his family.
